Last night, we wrapped up a four-night, five-day trip from Luanda till Lubango with Etson, our guide from Luzaya Tour.
It was simply perfect. It started with communications before we even arrived in Angola; Ivone, one of the company’s partners, was incredibly attentive and helpful—answering every question and meeting us at the airport to take us to our hotel.
The trip itself was outstanding, offering a blend of landscapes, food, culture, history, and tribal encounters.
The hotels were excellent, and we felt constantly looked after by Etson (our guide) and Marco (our driver).
We formed a great group and learned so much.
Etson is a superb guide—knowledgeable, always smiling, calm, good dancer and incredibly attentive.
We highly recommend Angola as a unique travel destination—a chance to see an authentic world that is slowly disappearing—and we recommend doing so with the best local tour company around: Luzaya Tours.
