Fantastic trip around entire Sri Lanka, excellent service from Sunrise Sri Lanka Travels and Tours, great value trip!

点评：I reached Sunrise as I wanted to adjust one of their tour itineraries, after first carefully choosing their company out of a few, based on the best value of the tour. Christopher replied promptly with a detailed itinerary and pricing, which I liked and later extended and adjusted a few times, including after cyclone Ditwah hit just two weeks before my flight, each time receiving very good response from the company.
As I was travelling on my own, it wasn’t easy to find a tour to reach all the places I wanted to visit which also had an affordable price, so I was very happy to have a car with a driver-guide just for my own for the entire three-week trip around the country.
It was the best experience I could have and my driver, Neranjan, was very helpful, arranging trip and departure changes on the go when I needed. An excellent driver, with very good command of English, giving many cultural local insights, he took good care of every last detail of the trip, making it easier and more enjoyable.
My guide for the last day in Colombo was Ruwan and I can only thank him as well as the entire team at Sunrise for their support and professionalism. I am planning to visit Sri Lanka again (still thinking about the scenic train ride to Ella that I missed for unlucky timing after the cyclone) and I would fully trust Sunrise to design my next trip with the same great quality and value as this one.
Tip: ask Sunrise about hidden gems of Jaffna!
