点评：I had been using Q Hair in Chichester once a month for 15 years. I dont write bad reviews but I would hate someone to have the experience I had at the end of April. I pay for a senior stylist and I look after my hair very well - in fact on my March appointment the salon asked to take pictures of my hair in order to use on social. I was happy with my hair. In April my normal stylist was on holiday and was allocated another member of the team, unsure I double checked in writing if the stylist was senior and capable of dealing with my hair. I was assured she was - she was not. A basic of blow dry and straightening was done with no heat protect, straighteners on too hot and left on my long hair for way to long - an unprofessional mess. My hair felt so bad it was in a pony tail before I even left the salon. After visiting another salon within two days because Q left my hair with so much damage I have been advised that not only is my hair not in a good enough condition to take any colour (not even a semi) for the foreseeable future, but that it is unable to tolerate straighteners or even a hairdryer at present. It had to be cut but as the damage begins at root and follows through the whole shaft my beautiful long hair is gone, No treatment will not sort the damage it is permanent. No apology from management,(though Lewis on the front desk did say sorry - thank you Lewis) no refund to date of the charge of the session, no compensation but more importantly no lovely shiny wonderful hair. Yes Q used to be a good salon but things change and professionalism, quality, training and honesty are in short supply. In short if you want to roll a dice with your hair give it a go, if you want to be sure the person who is dealing with your hair is competent give it a miss.
翻译：15年来，我一直每月都去奇切斯特的Q Hair美发沙龙做头发。我很少写差评，但我真的不希望别人像我一样在四月底遭遇这种糟糕的经历。我付的是资深发型师的费用，而且我一直很注重头发的保养——事实上，三月份预约的时候，沙龙还特意拍了照片，准备发到社交媒体上。我对当时的发型很满意。四月份，我的常驻发型师休假了，沙龙安排了另一位员工帮我做头发。因为不太放心，我特意书面确认了这位新发型师是否是资深发型师，是否能胜任我的头发护理工作。沙龙向我保证她肯定是——结果却并非如此。她只是简单地吹干和拉直了一下，却没有使用任何隔热产品，拉直器的温度调得太高，而且在我长长的头发上停留的时间也太长了——简直是一团糟，一点都不专业。我的头发感觉糟透了，还没离开沙龙就被我扎成了马尾辫。因为Q美发沙龙把我的头发损伤得太严重，两天后我去了另一家沙龙。那里的工作人员告诉我，我的头发不仅在可预见的未来都无法染发（哪怕是半永久染发），而且目前也无法承受直板夹或吹风机的伤害。我不得不剪掉头发，但由于损伤是从发根开始蔓延到整根发丝的，我美丽的长发就这样没了。任何护理都无法修复这种永久性的损伤。Q美发沙龙的管理层没有道歉（虽然前台的Lewis确实道了歉——谢谢你，Lewis），也没有退还我上次护理的费用，没有任何补偿，更重要的是，我再也看不到我那闪亮柔顺的秀发了。没错，Q美发沙龙以前确实不错，但时代变了，如今的专业性、质量、培训和诚信都严重不足。总之，如果你想拿头发碰运气，那就去试试吧；如果你想确保为你做头发的人技术过硬，那就千万别去。
