Fantastic iceberg tour and great local alternative!

点评：I highly recommend booking with this local company instead of through the cruise ship so your money goes directly to them. Booking online in February for our July 2026 port day was a breeze after emailing them late last year. Because the tour is only an hour long, there was zero stress about missing our ship's departure.
The email instructions were spot on regarding the dark blue canopy meeting spot. No one was there when we arrived because staff were walking an earlier group to the dock, so a permanent greeter would be a nice touch. Note that the dock in Nanortalik is a significant walk from the Holland America tender pier, so give yourself extra time if you move slowly. Our tour started 15 minutes late waiting for guests with mobility issues to make the trek.
The boat holds just 10 guests, making for an intimate experience. The guide was wonderful and highly informative. The clear window zips behind our seats were broken, making selfies tricky, but we just adjusted and had other guests take our photos. The icebergs were massive and beautiful. Absolutely worth every penny!
