点评:The chef/ teacher really talked down to us as if we never cooked a single meal in our whole lives. The ‘sauces and meat’ class was 15 minutes of him throwing pot roast and ground beef into pans that were already prepared. He explains it, but seemed impatient if you asked questions. He kitchen staff got into a big fight and that was super awkward, but at least we got to sit and wait 30 minutes for 40 teen agers from New Jersey to join us for the pasta making class. The pasta class was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has actually made pasta before. Then you make a tiramisu for yourself but that was also silly just because he basically makes it for you in a rush and then you go eat next door. This would a good activity for a family, but it’s really not a cooking class. Just more like an Italian food experience for people who know nothing about Italian food.
