Worst Hockey Experience EVER!!!

点评：I grew up in the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area and have been to countless Rangers games at Madison Square Garden and Devils games when they played in the Meadowlands. At the risk of coming off like a northeastern snob, the HEB Center is the worst venue I've ever been to for a hockey game. People are jammed into seats smaller than one can believe like sardines. Not even room to put your arms on the arm rests. You find yourself sitting pressed like a vise shoulder to shoulder with those sitting by your sides. Totally unacceptable! The view of the ice is great. Feels like you're up close no matter where you sit. But the microscopic seating ruins everything. The food venues are terrible with lines beyond belief. We missed the entire 2nd period waiting for three freaking hot dogs, and then the ushers refuse to let you return to your seats until there is a break in the action. SERIOUSLY??????Then there's the crowds who don't know anything about hockey yelling and screaming nonsense. Plus people sit in seats they didn't purchase and refuse to move. This was reported to ushers who did NOTHING to correct the situation even though we provided our reserved seat tickets as proof. TOTAL FAIL AND AMATEUR HOUR!! I'll never be back to this joke of a hockey venue. Rather drive 2 1/2 hours to Dallas for a REAL hockey experience.
