点评：In celebration of my birthday (and in memory of my quickly fading youth), my husband, son & bonus daughter surprised me with the gift of a walking ghost tour.
Our guide, Brent, was witty & engaging, with a well-honed gift for storytelling. From the onset of our adventure until its conclusion, we were gripped by the stories he shared.
Brent wasn't a necromancer; he couldn't compel the undead to manifest in our presence and that was never our expectation anyway. Instead, he shared story after story about our city's rich and complicated history, and the remnants of remnants who remained behind.
I would take this tour again, as well as any of this company's other tours. I'm intrigued by the hauntings in Leveque Tower, and I hope that Brent will be our guide again on our next adventure.
Do wear comfortable walking shoes, and dress for the weather. And come with an appetite for enlightenment. There is so much to learn.
