点评：DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM!
Unfortunately our family purchased the bronze package for our Christmas present and we have been unable to get a booking made with the company (Kerri or Ben Peters). Communication is non existent, its a WhatsApp number that I have only received two messages back from (I was sympathetic at first as they had a loss in the family, however it has now been 5 months), unable to call, no reply to emails and we were even in the area so popped into the address stated on the website which turned out to be an abandoned house. We spoke to the local companies in the area and said they had never lived at that address and you can't currently get to them as they have put themselves in an inaccessible field.
So currently - no replies to emails / WhatsApp, they have taken money, unable to book the experience. It would also seem they are claiming to be part of a federation that they are not.
I will keep trying and will be reporting to trading standards.
Please be warned they might reply when you're trying to book an experience to get your money and that's the last you'll hear from them.
