Paradise Holidays的点评
点评：We choose this travel agency only because of good reviews but we had bad experience with this travel agency.
First of all the agent Vinitha has no tourism experience and whatever you say she says yes but didn't recommend which place is good to see & how many days.
We wasted 2-3 days extra in kerala ( time + money )due to her no tourism experience.
I told her to give all hotels in city where we explore vegetarian food. As some of hotels outside city & worst .
I paid for valley view room in Munnar where no valley can be seen plus kanyakumari hotel room has mold and fungus on handles plus rooms were outdated. Also we didn't got booked deluxe house boat & we have to share with other people.
We found that they had many booking for same.
After boat trip the boat guy was bagging us for good reviews & for his satisfaction we gave review
I asked Ritesh & Sridevi to give me owners email to file complaint. Plus refund for those hotels since there's no response will file dispute with CC company & official complaint to government of India tourism.
Paradise employees also requested for good reviews but since tour was not as expected and the agent vinitha was replying before beginning of tour/ she didn't change hotels after my several request ,this company is not recommended & make sure hotel & boat should be in writing. We had everything in WhatsApp communication.
Ritesh email me he will talk in office before tour begins and as soon as we enter on 1st Jan he steps out. STAY AWAY.
