点评：I attended Dobbies restaurant on Sunday at 1300 for a festive dinner on Sunday 7th December

I was directed to area opposite the cashier’s
The area set out for afternoon teas and festive dinners was disappointing, bare tables, nothing festive at all, not a sight of anything festive at all. No holly, mistletoe, napkins crackers, no cards or posters on the wall, completely sterile.
When the meal arrived it looked grey, not cooked enough, the pigs in blankets were undercooked, cheap sausage undercooked bacon ,the turkey was wet no taste, potatoes not roasted enough, gravy instant, the only redeeming item were sadly the sprouts.
The waiter was viable on taking our order and the plates of dinner came quickly, after we had finished our dinner we waited for a considerable time before we saw her in the restaurant area, just one other double table to serve at the start of the meal.
The waitress came over and cleared our plates, and said to us to to have a good afternoon and check out,
She was walking away from us to another table I called out to her, saying we hadn’t finished our meal we were waiting for our dessert,
We waited for a while the went to the restaurant cashier and reported the lack of a complete meal, the dessert was refunded
The Christmas dinner was a huge disappointment, the meal not hot, not cooked enough, the surrounding area was as grey as the meal, not at all festive, no effort made.
Lack of visible restaurant staff in the area, and staff didn’t follow up after the service, we didn’t see staff after the meals were served.
I won’t be coming back for another festive dinner and would advise others not to.

圣诞晚餐令人非常失望，饭菜不热，也没熟透，周围的环境也和饭菜一样灰蒙蒙的，一点节日气氛都没有，感觉餐厅根本没用心布置。
餐厅里几乎看不到工作人员，而且服务结束后也没有人过来询问，我们吃完饭后就再也没见过他们。
我不会再来这家餐厅吃圣诞晚餐了，也建议其他人不要来。
