Very bad experience at Victoria secret Perth DFO store

点评：Went to the new Victoria Secret DFO store. Never going again! Went inside and was looking for a body mist 4 pack. It was around $59.90 online. Staff member found it for me. I asked the price, she said $59.90. Customers were being given $10 vouchers. I asked the staff member for one. She said we have run out, but you can get the $10 voucher for my items when you pay at the counter. I saw a sign that if you spend over a certain amount you get a free gift. Then I saw a buy 2 get 3 deal on body mists. I got the 3 body mists as then I would also get the free offer. I waited in line for 1 hour. Only 2 cash registers working, but staff did not know how to ring up sales, cash registers also freezing up. Finally got to the front. I asked about the $10 deal. She said the terms excluded the 3 mist deal. I said i could not see the terms because you had run out of the paper vouchers. I then asked if I could get the free gift. She said that has ended. I pointed to the sign next to the register saying we would get a free gift, I said I would not have waited an hour and bought the extra items. The manager heard me and then went and snatched up all the signs. The staff member did not know how to use the cash register, took 10 mins to ring up the sale. I asked if I could get the $10 voucher off the price of the 4 pack. She said yes, I then saw her ring up $79 for it. I told her the staff member told me it was $59, I also showed her the $59.90 online price. She said the online prices are $20 cheaper, the store price is $79.90. I told her the staff should tell customers the in store, not online prices. I was so annoyed. So I did not get the $59.90 price, I was charged $79.90 I also did not get the free gift. To top it off, when I got to my car I looked at my receipt, she also did not give me the $10 discount. I could not cope with waiting an hour to talk to them about my purchase, so left. But lesson learnt, never again
