They will keep your deposit and try and charge you false fees!!
The biggest scam! We thought it went well and the vespas were fun to ride - but not worth it when they scam you. I see it on previous reviews now too.
We took photos & videos before of both of our Vespas and after, and you can clearly see the damage of a few scratches on the foot board & on the side of the paint were ALREADY there.
AND pointed them out to them in person at the shop, before driving.
FOUR days after the rental, we suddenly had 1700 dollars of extra charges with 0 response. They kept each of our 500 dollar deposits and charged another 400 and 300 for “damages “ that were already there. Finally a response came when we said we aren’t paying that and need an itemized receipt. Except the response was only that fake bill showing that we are being charged for those scratches that were already there before we rode it, and another few hundred for labor.
This place was such a scam! Go find a different rental place. Now we are fighting them for 1700 dollars back and fighting our credit card company, when we could have just bought our own used Vespa at this rate.
Hopefully no one else chooses to give them business so they aren’t scammed.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
Attaching a photo from in the shop of the “footbed “ and scratch that they’re lying and saying was us. When this photo was clearly taken in their shop before we drove it. This is the damage they’re charging us 1700 for. So if you still want to rent here - DO NOT accept a scooter with even this tiny scratch, or they will CON you.

希望不会再有人把生意交给他们，以免遭骗。
