Parallel Napa Valley的点评
点评：We attended a tasting in Dallas, Texas where we tasted four different wines that were paired with a delicious tasting menu. The 2023 Parallel Rutherford Rose went wonderful with a watermelon and yellowtail crudo. Next was a roasted corn agnolotti which paired extremely well with the Parallel Chardonnay. We had a special treat tasting a 2017 and a 2023 Parallel Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with a flight of 4 cheeses. Following was the 2022 Parallel Black Diamond Reserve Cabernet which was awesome with the coffee and herb crusted beef tenderloin. We ended our tasting with a strawberry shortcake which paired surprisingly well with the Rose.
All in all, it was a special evening made even better by Stephen Gage who gave informative insights into the wines.
