点评：Imagine my delight when I found that you could experience a Being 737 flight simulator 30 mins down the road. Me and my son are complete novices and were unsure what to expect from the experience, however following a warm welcome from David and our trainer Liam, we settled down for our experience. I am not an expert but the flight deck appears to be a faithful build of a Boeing 737 flight deck complete with all the flight controls, switches and navigation equipment - complemented by a full surround 4k screen and sound. Liam asked where I would like to fly from and to and we dialled in take off from Leeds and landing at Manchester, in good weather. Many many airport and weather combinations are available. Liam talked me through the various settings requires for take-off and also answered all my questions. Following my 90 minute session my son then climbed into the pilot's seat and had an equally enjoyable experience. Liam was happy to show us all types of incidents and the required response and so, in addition to flying out of and into Innsbruck airport, my son also experienced and engine failure in flight and an aborted take-off. Of course, it is quite limited what absolute novices can achieve in a 90 minute session (I will not be flying a real Being 737 any time soon ...) however, this is a really interesting taster and (I think) gives a genuine feel for what flying the real thing would be like.
