点评：Do not go near this place!!! Total scammers.
I booked a car with what was supposed to be "full insurance", only to discover later that it was not full coverage at all. Upon return, they claimed there was a small mark on the door — most likely from someone opening their car door in a parking lot — and used this as an excuse to charge me.
On top of that, they demand the car to be returned after a car wash. I have rented cars dozens of times all around the world and have never encountered such an unreasonable requirement.
Worst of all, I paid a $300 deposit when renting the car. When I returned it, they refused to give it back, saying it would cover “repairs,” plus 50 GEL for washing, and even a mysterious 20 GEL police “fine.” After a long argument, they only returned $160 out of the $300. The owner also refused to provide any damage report or receipts to explain why he kept the rest of the money.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly exploiting customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
