点评：We booked Mr. Ravi for our family’s trip around Sri Lanka, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made.
We spent a lot of time on the road, sometimes driving between multiple places in a single day, but he was always patient and never once made us feel rushed. Every morning he greeted us with a smile, and throughout the trip he was polite, calm, and easy to talk to.
One thing we really appreciated was that he didn’t just follow our itinerary. He suggested a few places that weren’t originally on our list, and some of those ended up being our favourite stops. Whenever we wanted vegetarian or Indian food, he also recommended restaurants that we genuinely enjoyed.
He was very flexible too. If we wanted to stop for photos, spend extra time somewhere, or make a small change to our plans, he happily accommodated us without any hesitation.
The Toyota Voxy was clean every day and very comfortable for our family of four. Even on the longer drives, we had plenty of space and never felt cramped.
There were a few times when all of us had fallen asleep in the car after a long day, and Mr. Ravi was still driving carefully and attentively. That gave us a lot of confidence and made us feel safe throughout the trip.
I’d also like to mention that the pricing was excellent. Before booking, we compared it with Uber and other transport options, and for a spacious vehicle with a dedicated driver, we felt it was great value for money.
By the end of the trip, Mr. Ravi felt like more than just our driver. He genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience, and that really showed in the way he treated us every day.
