Rude staff, cold jacuzzis, false advertising

点评：The spa did not live up to expectations or advertising. Far from being a relaxing, wellness based experience it was actually a stressful and unpleasant one.
The website and Google results (presumably optimised for SEO) clearly advertise a sauna, however upon arrival we discovered that no sauna exists at all. This constitutes false advertising, as the facility was presented as available when it was not. Had this been accurately represented, we would not have chosen to book this hotel.
In addition, the pool and jacuzzis were all cold, making them unusable. The hammam was incredibly noisy due to the steam machine, completely undermining the purpose of a relaxation and wellness area.
The spa was also overcrowded, to the point that we were unable to use the hot tub at all, despite paying for access to these facilities. This is also because the pools were all cold, so guests gathered in the one jacuzzi which was slightly warmer and therefore did not rotate. We spent a lot of our one hour in the spa standing on the outside of the facilities in just our bathing costumes and therefore cold, wondering what we could do next.
Even before all this, the staff interactions were bizarre. We arrived in reception and were just stared at until we spoke first. When we came back later for our reservation the same thing happened, and it was like we were an inconvenience. We were asked why we didn't bring the robes from our room in the hotel, but when we explained that there were no robes the receptionist audibly sighed and just asked another staff member to help us, that was the end of the interaction. We were made to feel uncomfortable and like we were a nuisance for being paying customers.
Overall, the spa facilities fell far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect what was advertised on the website, especially the sauna.
