My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful massage experience at the spa of Souq Al Wakra Hotel by Tivoli. From the very beginning, everything was immaculate — the spa area was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and created a calm, relaxing atmosphere immediately.
What truly stood out was the professionalism of the staff. Every step felt well-organized, respectful, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. A special mention goes to the massage therapist Min, who was exceptional. She is highly skilled, attentive, and clearly very experienced. Min perfectly understood the pressure and techniques needed, making the massage both deeply relaxing and therapeutic.
Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail made the entire experience outstanding. We left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.
