点评：We did a drift boat trip with Anthony at the Goulburn Valley Fly Fishing Centre on 28 December 2025, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Anthony was refreshingly honest right from the outset, upfront in saying that the fishing was likely to be tough that day. Despite the conditions, he never stopped trying and went well above and beyond to give my dad and me the best possible chance of success. His effort, persistence and attention to detail were exceptional and we ended up finishing the day after dark with two very nice fish to show for it.
Beyond his skill as a guide, Anthony is incredibly friendly and generous with both his time and his knowledge. He was more than happy to share tips, techniques and stories throughout the day, which made the trip just as enjoyable as it was educational.
All up, it was an amazing day on the water and a memorable experience for both my dad and myself. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book another trip with Anthony and highly recommend him to anyone considering guided fly fishing on the Goulburn River
