Venezia Cruises的点评
点评：We booked a cruise with Venezia Cruises, It was a 5 cabin overnight on Lan Ha Bay.
We paid quite a lot for the cruise but felt it would be a treat and a highlight of our Vietnam holiday.
Unfortunately one of the cabins we were allocated was barely half the size of the other cabins, it was not as shown in the pics their travel against Cat Ba Local had sent me before booking.
there was no working fan/ ac and it was right next to the engine house, but the worst thing was the stench of sewage from the toilet. On top of that the toilet door couldn’t be closed as it didn’t fit and there was no handle on the outside!
We spoke to the lovely tour guide as soon as we realised but nothing could really be done.
We had paid the same amount as everyone else for a cabin which really shouldn’t have even been rented out.
When we returned to shore I made a complaint via the travel agent apparently Venezia would only offer $20 refund which was an insult,
The travel agent eventually offered a 15% refund but this has never been paid.
I would say don’t bother with Venezia cruises as they obviously always book out this crappy cabin assuming people won’t complain and if they do they won’t care!

回到岸上后，我通过旅行社投诉，威尼斯邮轮公司竟然只肯退20美元，简直是侮辱。
旅行社最终同意退还15%的款项，但这笔钱至今仍未到账。
我建议大家千万别选威尼斯邮轮，他们显然总是把这种破船舱订满，以为乘客不会投诉，就算投诉了他们也根本不会在意！
