点评:My partner and I planned a trip down from Vancouver, BC to specifically come see the Boeing Future of Flight experience. I have done a number of tours through my time and the moment our tour guide Spencer came out into the auditorium at the beginning I knew we were in for a treat. He came out into the audience to greet us and create a personal connection both to him, but to Boeing which is in most parts a faceless corporation that is facing great PR difficulties. I think if they put Spencer in an ad or just had him as the front facing part of the company others could begin to embody the passion he has for the company. I appreciated his sense of humour, his inclusive approach to metric and imperial systems, and that he made what is objectively a limited touring experience far more engaging and interesting. The tour itself consists of a short video in the auditorium, a narrated bus ride, a balcony where you observe the factory floor from two sides, the final narrated bus ride back, and then it ends at the gift shop. Spencer made the experience phenomenal and I will insist that those I recommend to go see the Future of Flight ensure that they have Spencer!
