Flip Out Doncaster的点评
点评：Really disappointed in Flip Out Doncaster.
Firstly the place is absolutely filthy and the staff ( other than a lovely lady on front desk ) are rude and arrogant. Spectators get given a wrist band what is worth money at the cafe but look trying to get anything as on the last two occasions that we visited no one was at the cafe serving. There is a climbing area but also on the last two occasions it had been out of order. At the back of the building is a bouncy castle slide but they don't open it for children to use. When my son tried to use it a useless young member of staff said we only open it for 20 mins a session and that he can't use it at this time. I can confirm that they never opened it at all during our last session. I think the young staff members working here are lazy and have a can't be bothered kind of attitude. It's such a shame as it could be as good as the other trampoline park in Doncaster but they are failing badly and the cleanliness seems to get worse on each visit. Also they play music so loud you can't hear people talking. Sadly I won't be returning to this place. Mangers be ashamed of how this place is being run!
