Terrible. Staff dis-interested and underwhelming facilities.

点评：We visited today (30.03.26) and were seriously unimpressed with this venue.
Firstly, when we booked online we were told to arrive 30 minutes before our timeslot. We got to the venue, booked in and were told to come back because we were too early.
When we arrived back, there were no staff about to greet customers, no safety briefing and it was a bit of a free for all.
Staff who were "supervising" the equipment were observed throughout the hour to be on their mobile phones, texting and two others were stood talking to each other for a good 15 minutes.
The café was underwhelming and the latte was not pleasant.
Cafe staff were seen assisting to clean up vomit from the floor with no gloves or PPE.
My husband walked out of the gents toilets because they were in such a state.
During the visit, the lights in the venue switched off briefly, leaving it in darkness and there was broken equipment.
This site was not representative of the online images.
We won't be revisiting this Flip Out again.
