Very disappointing experience – overcrowded, unhygienic, and badly managed

点评:We visited QC Terme Chamonix expecting a premium spa experience, but what we got was the complete opposite. At €160 for two people, the experience was extremely poor value for money.
From the outset, the spa felt chaotic and overcrowded. While check-in was self-service, there was no visible staff presence managing the volume of guests. The changing rooms and corridors were particularly bad — towels and gowns were left piled on the floors and along walkways, sandals scattered everywhere, and floors constantly wet and slippery. The overall standard of cleanliness was unacceptable for a spa of this price point.
The pools were so overcrowded that it was difficult to move, let alone relax. Any atmosphere of calm or luxury was completely lost.
The food offering was also very disappointing. We arrived just 10 minutes earlier than the time we had been given, yet were told that there was no proper food remaining. The only options left were cold pizza and potato balls, and staff said there were no plates available. Tables were left uncleared, covered in used tissues and empty glasses, which added to the unhygienic feel.
Overall, the spa appears to be selling far more tickets than it can realistically handle, with little regard for hygiene, guest experience, or basic organisation. This is not a luxury spa and does not justify the price charged.
I would not return and would not recommend it to others.
