Disappointing visit.
The Endeavour Experience Whitby的点评
点评：We've been coming to Whitby for several years and have always wanted to try the Endeavour. Today we did, I wish we hadn't. We came as a party of five, all hungry after walking round the Whitby Christmas market. We ordered four large fish and chips and a cheeseburger meal, two Pepsi's, two Tango's and a water.
The menu say's "the best fish and chips in Whitby" I can only assume these are old menus. What we had today, which was advertised as large, were two frozen pieces of fish, not even sure what fish as the taste was not there to recognise, they resembled birds eye frozen fillets from a supermarket, a sprinkle of chips, mushy peas and salad, which was withered and summed up how we felt when we saw the meals that arrived. All for the price of £106!
The only person who ate all of their meal was my mother in law who had the cheeseburger.
I don't like to leave negative reviews but this really put a dampener on what had been a lovely week away. Maybe this was just an "off day" unfortunately we won't be back to find out.
Lesson learned, join a que at Trenchers or Magpie in future if you want quality fish and chips!
