点评:Had a terrible experience today, went with my husband and 2 teenagers for pitch and putt. There was some confusion as to having to pay for 4 even if only 3 were playing... We didn't agree and felt it unfair, however after speaking with a male member of staff who said he was the manager we paid in full, and I walked the course with them.
Then on the first hole the manager approached us saying "I've just told you the rules" we explained we had all paid. He demanded a receipt (which they actually don't give). He then asked me husband to show the payment on the banking app. Which we didn't have signal! Both the kids were uncomfortable by this stage, as this should have been an enjoyable afternoon for my son trying out his new clubs.
We explained to the manager about the signal and that we had paid in two transactions which he could check with the staff member and in the till. At no point did the manager deal with this kindly he was aggressive from the off and I made it clear if there was some confusion we could clear it up.
Immediately after playing the kids asked to wait in the car while we went to the till as they didn't want to witness the confrontation again.
When we arrived back at the till area afterwards the young lad who served us apologised for the confusion over payment, however the manager was standing further away laughing.
I made it clear to the young man who served us it was not him that spoiled out experience but being approached mid game in an aggressive manner by the manager was totally inappropriate.
The manager did not approach us to apologise for his mistake at all, as we had paid!

玩完游戏后,孩子们立刻要求在车里等我们,因为我们不想再看到刚才的冲突。
之后我们回到收银台,为我们结账的小伙子为之前的误会道歉,但经理却站在远处嘲笑我们。
我明确告诉那位小伙子,破坏我们游戏体验的不是他,而是经理在游戏过程中用这种咄咄逼人的态度过来,实在是不妥。
经理根本没有就他的错误向我们道歉,因为我们已经付过钱了!
