点评:Worst experience with Himalayan Griffon. On the return from Hampta Pass, the driver was towing another van on mountain roads — the tow rope snapped 5-6 times, which was extremely dangerous. This caused delays, and when passengers (many with tickets/work to catch) asked him to stop towing and hurry up, he turned physically aggressive, threw everyone's luggage out at Atal Tunnel, and abandoned 17-18 of us there.
When we called the company, their executive said "call the police, we can't do anything." When we reached manager Sumit and told him we felt unsafe, his response was "you haven't been hurt, why do you feel unsafe?" No support was given. He also threatened that anyone complaining or recording the incident wouldn't be allowed to leave Manali and would be "sent to the hospital."
Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Would strongly advise against booking with this company.
