点评：I honestly can’t recommend Malini Uluwatu enough!
The food was incredible. We had the grilled fish and the tuna steak, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were huge, especially for the price, making it such great value.
Yes, the queue looked long when we arrived, but don’t let that put you off. The team is so efficient and organised that we barely waited at all. Their service was genuinely impressive.
A huge shoutout to Dimas and Christie! They were so warm, genuine, and welcoming throughout the evening. You can really tell they care about their guests, and we’re so happy we had the chance to meet them.
The views overlooking the Uluwatu cliffs are absolutely breathtaking. We were initially seated indoors as we didn’t have a reservation, which was completely understandable. But when a table closer to the view became available, the team kindly moved us without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly something we weren’t expecting.
To top it all off, Christie overheard us mentioning that we were celebrating my mum’s birthday. Without us asking for anything, the team surprised her with a little birthday celebration and a cake. It was such a genuine and heartfelt gesture that made the evening even more special.
From the amazing food and stunning views to the exceptional hospitality, everything was memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making my mum’s birthday so special. We’ll definitely be back!
