Our tour with Orange Nation was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide, Carlos Estrada, made every moment special—from exploring Cusco and the Sacred Valley to completing the incredible 4-day hike to Machu Picchu. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring, always making sure we were comfortable and fully immersed in the experience. By the end, it felt like we had gained not just a guide, but a true friend.
A huge highlight was our amazing chef, Lucio, who somehow created the most delicious, high-quality meals in the middle of a camping trek. Every dish was a surprise, full of authentic Peruvian flavor, and the final cake he prepared for us was such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch!
And of course, endless respect and gratitude to the porters—the real heroes of the journey. Their strength, kindness, and dedication made everything possible, allowing us to fully enjoy the hike without worry. They truly are incredible people.
