Le Boat will not provide a full refund even though the boat was not operating properly. Avoid doing business with them.

点评：We recently rented a boat from Le Boat for a week's trip on the Thames River in the UK. We picked up the boat late in the afternoon and decided to stay in the marina overnight before setting off. The weather was cool but the boat was just plain cold overnight. I spoke to the staff and they said the furnace was fine but that we should shut it off, wait 10 minutes and turn it back on to get more heat? We set off but after 2 days were so cold we had to return the boat 5 days early. Those two nights we had to sleep in our clothes under two duvets and were still very cold. When I asked for a refund they said the furnace was working properly and have only offered to return $400 out of the $3000+ we paid for the week's trip. They have now acknowledged that the furnace needed work but still refuse to refund anything more than $400. I have rented boats from them before in France and they have always been accommodating but this time they refuse to accept responsibility for ruining our vacation. I will never rent from them again and would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.
