Positano Pizza Experience的点评
点评：We were lucky enough to secure a reservation with Positano Pizza Experience one day before the class. Federico was lightning fast in responding to my inquiry and securing our spots with ease.
He arranged shared taxi service just steps from our B&B and provided a video that perfectly showed the route to his location, which made navigating a breeze.
As to the experience itself? WOW. Charismatic, warm and welcoming, Federico invited us into his home and prepared a delicious appetizer including fried zucchini blossoms before our eyes and man, what a treat - they were delightful.
We received a thorough lesson of securing the proper ingredients and exact steps to make, store and prepare the dough before he demonstrated the technique to form & stretch, top the dough, making us the first pizza which our class of 8 devoured gleefully. We then all took turns making pizzas with a variety of toppings to share with all. There was nice wine, dessert and Federico's homemade limoncello to end the evening before heading to the taxi he, of course, arranged for us.
Start to finish, no stone was left unturned, Federico is a master. Hands down, best experience in Positano!
