Unprofessional Handling of a Noise Complaint

点评：I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who believes their own entertainment is more important than other people’s right to sleep. If you enjoy talking loudly, laughing until 2 a.m. in a quiet bay, and ignoring nearby guests trying to rest, you will probably feel very welcome on board.
What disappointed me most was not even the noise itself, but the crew’s attitude. Instead of asking their guests to be respectful, they defended the behavior, questioned whether anyone even had the right to complain, and acted as if disturbing an entire bay in the middle of the night was perfectly acceptable.
Professionalism is not only about sailing a yacht. It is also about respecting the people who share the same bay. Unfortunately, that was completely missing.
The loud guests were not the biggest disappointment that night. The crew’s willingness to defend them was.
