He tailored our itinerary to our requests and evolving preferences, maintained outstanding communication throughout the entire experience via WhatsApp, and ensured every detail of our trip was seamless.
Do Ha arranged exceptional tour guides, including Thuang (Fynn) in Saigon and Thien (Mr T) in Hue. Fynn was a brilliant guide with excellent English, deep knowledge of Vietnamese history and culture, and a warm, engaging presence. We genuinely enjoyed every conversation and experience with him. Mr T was equally impressive - friendly, knowledgeable, and full of entertaining stories that kept us smiling along the way. Both guides significantly enriched our experience of Vietnam.
Throughout the trip, Do Ha ensured we were checked in for all domestic flights and, when a cruise was cancelled due to an unforeseen typhoon, he immediately organised refunds and replacement accommodation without additional cost or stress.
