No tracking on order and abrupt cancellation of order with no exoplanation after 1 week.

点评：I would not recommend Karagiri to anyone. I placed an order on June 26th 2026, and made full payment online. It was a time sensitive purchase so I trusted their delivery timeline of July 3rd as displayed at the time of plcing the order. Since then there was no update no my order. I tried calling their customer care for several days but there was no response, until recently when I was told that the timeline displayed is for dispatch not delivery. I have been waiting patiently since then until today when I receive an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I waited 1 week only to learn that my order has been cancelled, what kind of customer service is this. I have shopped from many online brands in the past, but this is the worst service by far. Moreover, there instagram page is another scam. I reached out several times since I was unable to get my order status on the contact detail provided on their website. They didnt have the courtesy to reply until several days of repeated messaging. This is highly unprofessional. The reason I decided to give this website a try was because their designs looked nice, but unfortunately the experience and abrupt cancellation from their end has left me very disappointed. Unless you wish to face the same frustration, please dont risk buying from this brand.
