点评：The arrangements for this trip were seamless from the start. I worked with Jess in arranging my own private excursion. From beginning to end, each day was filled with extensive knowledge about the country, their food and people, the importance of conservation and of course, BIRDS! It was apparent that our Professional Guide, Alex, was exceptional. Knowing and locating birds we would never have seen without his guidance. He was well versed and professional. Always available to address any of our needs. Midway through our tour, I was having difficulty seeing the birds with my binoculars. That day, Alex suggested an excellent and reasonably priced birding binocular. He assisted me in making the purchase. By end of day, the binoculars were delivered to my hotel ! Now that is service! Moving forward, I was able to view even the tiniest of feathered friends.
What made Alex and this Tour group unique was their ability to adjust schedules to accommodate last minute changes in the itinerary. There are people available around the clock who worked with Alex and they did not disappoint. An example was my interest in going to an area of hanging bridges. Reservations are required for many of the National Parks in Costa Rica. We were already set to go elsewhere. But Alex and his Team were able to make this happen, and this is where we saw the Resplendent Quetzal! This was one of many wonderful surprises on our journey.
If you are looking into a Birding excursion, this organization is the way to go. Their warmth, knowledge and sincere interest in making your experience perfect will exceed your expectations.
