Lincoln State Park的点评
点评：We have camped here for several years, but the last two camping seasons have been extremely disappointing. Every negative interaction we had was with the same DNR officer, Aaron.
Instead of looking forward to relaxing, we found ourselves repeatedly being approached over policies that were either never explained, not clearly posted, or impossible to find. This year was the final straw when Aaron told us we needed a permit to use our small electric karaoke setup at our campsite. We had done the same thing during previous visits without issue, and we could not find this policy posted in the campground, in the reservation information, or online.
We respect that DNR officers have a job to do and that rules should be enforced. However, campers should be able to easily access those rules before being cited or confronted. The repeated interactions over the last two years made us feel unwelcome and took the enjoyment out of our camping trips.
We chose this park to relax with family, not to feel like we were constantly being watched. We hope the park reviews how policies are communicated and how campers are treated.
After two years of this experience, we've decided we will not be returning.
