Parked next to the beach at Ventnor in the disability area we had our dog who is a small chihuahua assistants dog asked the gentleman who looks after the beach who hires the deck chairs out if we can take the dog on to the beach he said no not with out your assistance license, not once did he look at me to engage in conversation just sat there with a fag and wouldn't listen to me when i said you don't need to show one I tried to prove it to him and he said the answer is still no and walked away from me this is what i tried to show him he didn't want to look and like I said he said I'm not changing my mind to me his customer service skills were nothing short of appalling. This caused undue stress to my
partner and daughter and we ended up not going to the beach at all because of his bloody mindfulness.
