I'd like to express just how very disappointed I am with today's service, particularly how you handled the entire situation Cliff (who didn’t think I would ask to see his name badge that was flipped around.) I'll take this matter up further and discuss it with you throughout your entire shift if necessary, potentially holding everyone up not thinking twice about it. Did I ask to speak with another manger after 30 minutes because you couldn’t even work the computer right and kept walking away from me yes, as you seem unfit to manage or communicate.
Where does it state that Mondays members can bring a friend on this document? Cliff said there's no space for it. You deserved to get laughed at by everyone of my children because of that idiotic comment. Your lucky who I spoke to after words handled his job better then you probably ever will. I believe it's standard practice to provide complaint contact information without being prompted; your inability to do so is wasting my time. I will be hearing from me again! Do better Cliff the manager!!
We were lied to about the memberships and then trapped! Absolutely terrible when I finally asked for a grievance line being at the greenfield location they talked to someone in the back that wouldn’t come out to speak with me and gave me this number 8332279532 if you call it, it will clearly state for residents of California!
