点评：We went on a member night without being members, ti celebrate my daughter’s birthday because I was told on the phone it was ok to still walk in. When I got there half an hour before friends would arrive I was told I could not walk-in since it was a member night. The manager at the store , Bryan, was so nice and dis his best to let my daughter and her 7 friends enjoy her special day, he tried to call the owners and talked to another manager and , in the end, let them enjoy and used the passes (I had groupons). He also gave her a new pair of socks and a drink for her b-day, very kind man.
We ended up signing up for the membership since we figured it was worth it (about 25 dollars per month to jump every day and bring a friend free on Mondays).
Overall, great service, the do honor groupons and my daughter had a blast. (And is still having a blast to this date since she is a member now).
