点评:Absolutely shocking "curry" in a fabulous location. Six of us "ate" at the Bay of Bengal and to a man we all agreed it was the worst curry we had EVER had the misfortune to experience. To start, the obligitory poppadoms were soft and stale tasting and the mint yoghurt didn't include mint. The nan breads were doughy, uncooked and bland. the "keema" nan had been wiped with an unknown brown substance. Uneaten! Poor guy then had a lamb balti curry which apart from not appearing to have any of the typical Indian spices one expects and loves, had to search fruitlessly for a single tender piece of "lamb" - all meat was hard, dry mutton or goat and simply awful. Inedible again! My chicken and lamb "bhoona" was so far away from being a curry I struggled to eat more than a mouthful. It seemed like one of the willing young local lads who served us were doubling up in the kitchen to knock something up for the first time in their young lives. The highlight was the wine we brought in and our early departure.
Bay of Bengal should be ashamed to inflict such a poor offering - we will never return to this so called restaurant and it truly ruined our final night in Tenby. You have been warned!
