Jumpin Inflatable Fun的点评
点评：Have been to jump in a few times before and not had too many issues, but came today and it was very disappointing. The inflatables were filthy with built up hair dust and dirt at the sides. There’s so many rips and holes in the inflatable, one rip located near the big bouncy balls is big enough to catch a small foot in and the air is flying out of it. Toilets disgusting. The cafe states serving food until 4.30pm ordered food says on menu salad and coleslaw, didn’t get any of these items chips hard and over cooked chicken burger consisting of a dry bit of chicken and toasted bun, no salad no sauce. Told that they had run out this was just after 3pm but wasn’t advised when ordering they had run out and still charged full price even with missing menu items, no milkshakes as machine not working. Staff blocked off areas to Hoover way before closing time shouting at kids when going down the stairs, hoovers lefts at the bottom of stair cases. Floors mopped before people had got off inflatables and had to walk over a wet floor to get to our shoes and things- just impatience as they all wanted to leave, not the greatest feeling having wet socks going into shoes though! Should be mopped once all customers have left the top floor. Kids playing with air pumps on the inflatables swinging them around and throwing them no staff intervention. Just felt like it had really gone down hill and was really shabby unkept and not prepared for the volume of people it allows in.
翻译：之前去过几次，都没什么大问题，但今天来却非常失望。充气玩具很脏，侧面积满了毛发、灰尘和污垢。充气玩具上到处都是破洞和裂缝，其中一个在大型弹力球附近的破洞大到足以夹住一只小脚，里面的气都漏出来了。厕所也脏得令人作呕。咖啡厅说下午4:30之前都供应食物，我点的餐菜单上写着沙拉和凉拌卷心菜，结果什么都没给。薯条又硬又老，鸡肉汉堡只有一小块干巴巴的鸡肉和一个烤过的面包，没有沙拉也没有酱汁。下午3点刚过，他们才告诉我卖完了，但点餐的时候并没有人告诉我，而且即使菜单上的东西没给，他们还是收了我全价。奶昔机也坏了，所以没有奶昔。工作人员在关门前很久就封锁了部分区域用吸尘器打扫卫生，还冲着下楼梯的孩子们大喊大叫，吸尘器的残渣都留在楼梯底部了。地板在人们还没从充气游乐设施下来之前就拖过了，我们不得不踩着湿漉漉的地板去拿鞋子和东西——大家都急着离开，工作人员显然很不耐烦。不过，穿着湿袜子穿鞋的感觉确实不太好！应该等所有顾客都离开顶层后再拖地板。孩子们在充气游乐设施上玩打气筒，挥舞着、扔着，工作人员却没有任何干预。感觉这里真的每况愈下，破败不堪，根本无法应对如此庞大的客流量。
