点评:I had an amazing 7-day horse trek with Kyrgyz Riders. Umar, our guide, was the sweetest and genuinely happy to be leading a team of girls. I happened to be in a group of five girls, and we had the best time together. One girl presumambly got altitude sickness so if you are prone to it bring tablets. The scenery was stunning. Accommodation varied along the route, but overall it exceeded my expectations. The food was good; I’d recommend bringing some of your own snacks, since the days can be long.
I never felt unsafe, and I found Umar to be very responsible throughout. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the horses used in the second half of the trip didn’t seem to be treated very well. The owner of these horses rode with us, and they became visibly agitated whenever he was nearby; he also gave off some off vibes. Some horses had saddle sores or loose horseshoes. From what I understand, the horses aren’t always the same from trip to trip, so this may not reflect everyone’s experience.
Prepare for all kinds of weather. We had five days of sunshine and one day of rain and one day of hail storms and wind so hard we couldn’t proceed forward. I went from 19th of July to 25th of July.

要做好应对各种天气的准备。我那次从7月19日待到7月25日,期间有五天阳光明媚,一天下雨,还有一天则下着冰雹且狂风大作,以至于我们无法继续前行。
