点评：My wife and I had a wonderful day today touring round the banks of the Rhine and the villages with their vineyards around the north of Breisach. Sid’s assistant took our details the day before and Sid was ready to let us out this morning with two excellent bikes (including one with mainly a bamboo frame and all the latest technical specs- please do ask!), helmets, lock and panniers. He provided a detailed map, excellent advice for a great ride and fabulous places to stop for a snack, lunch and wine tasting. Couldn’t have asked for more! He’s recognised by the local cruise companies as an ideal guide for their passengers and he’s such a great guy! He’s also doing what he can to encourage those who’ve not ridden for a while to enjoy cycling again. The routes are almost all on paths and where occasionally a road is used, it’s a quiet one. If you’re looking at all for nice things to do on a day around Breisach, there are loads of excellent paths to follow and I’m sure Sid will ensure you’ve all you need to have a great time.
