点评：Everything was wonderful!!
The detailed itinerary made every day very easy!
We had a nine-hour flight to Rome. We arrived at 7:55 am Rome time which is 1:00 am Chicago time. We were very tired. We went to meet Marco at the limo area. When he saw me he thew up his arms and yelled “Nancy” like we were best friends and he was so excited to see me. He came running over to us and took our luggage.
Thank you Marco!! Suddenly, we weren’t tired anymore!! We were in Rome!!!
The hotel was great and the staff was very nice. The man who made our coffee in the morning was so very nice. The girls that assisted him were also nice.
We loved the location of the hotel. It made it easy for us to get around the city. We walked everywhere!!!
The drivers were all on time, so very polite and good drivers.
All the tour guides were exceptional. They all carried books to give further explanations. All of them had a deep knowledge of their subject. We really enjoyed their passion. We were able to get a deeper appreciation of Rome, its artifacts and art.
The whatsapp was great and we enjoyed getting messages from Isabel every day!!
