点评：We reached out to Lawson’s on a Saturday with an unusual request for a very last-minute safari and birdwatching experience in South Africa. Our previously planned itinerary had been cancelled and we had just 2 days to figure out where to go or faced cancelling our whole trip to Africa. Miraculously, Mavoureen found us a guide and was able to book a 13 day experience including almost a week in Kruger National Park during high tourist season and school holidays with 48 hours notice. She worked very hard through the whole weekend to make this happen for us while answering all our questions and we just can’t express how grateful we are for her efforts! Even on such short notice, every detail of the trip was attended to to ensure our comfortable experience, including a box of the most delicious rusks for our coffee/tea. The guide that she booked for us, Casper, was exceptional at bird identification by ear and by visuals, patient, professional, kind, and funny. He is a very experienced guide with so much knowledge of the region and tons of anecdotes from his prior experiences. We couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience for our first trip to South Africa and cannot wait to return!
