点评：I rented two boats in March 2026 for our trip to Lake of Bays in July, 2026. I paid the deposits, etc. When we arrived in Lake of Bays I was told that one of the boats was not available and that it had been rented to somebody else for 20 days.
The guy I talked to said the Australian owner often did things like this. I told them they needed to find us a fishing boat (we came to go fishing), and they called back saying that the fishing boat they had was now broken (it was first rented to somebody else). They offered another type of boat, which I declined that day. After a day I called back saying I wanted to take them up on the offer for the second boat, but they did not return my calls for the rest of the week.
Now I am trying to get my money back for the boat I never got and they are ignoring me. I have called, emailed and even enlisted the help of the rental firm we used for our cottage, but am getting nothing.
They stole my money and aren't giving it back. Hey Laim (owner), want to tell everybody here why you arent giving me my money back?
