点评：Course is amazing and in really good condition, couldn’t recommend more. However when entering the pro shop was shut on a Friday at half 6. So booked online and was walking down too the first tee box when a woman came sprinting down the path shouting at me and my mate. Instead of doing her actual job and working in the shop, she decided to close early and practice on her bunker game. She then proceeded to accuse us of not paying, which we then showed the receipts/bank statements which clearly showed we had, and yet she still kept pressing the issue. When she had enough of that, she then started having a go at us about dress code, even though there was barely anyone playing, and she herself was wearing baggy bottoms and a white shirt. Additionally, we share one set of clubs between us, which she also had issue with causing slow play apprently (once again this was a very quiet evening). This is very poor customer service as we saw people who were behind us who were also sharing one bag of clubs, which she didn’t take an issue with at all. I do not know the name of this member of staff, and it’s such a shame as every other member of staff has been friendly and accommodating across the year I have been playing at the course. No one else has had an issue before, including what I assume to be the actual manager of the club. A lack of common sense and politeness from this lady. Awful customer service.
