点评：I don't know, if this is a good operator for hiking. But certainly don't book a boat trip with them!
I had booked a Drangarnir Drop-off boat trip with them 3 months in advance.
I was waiting for them at the pier in time, but nobody showed up. Not even did anyone pick up the phone number, which was provided with the booking.
2 hours later I found this operator at the pier, getting a group ready for hiking. I was offered to join the hiking. Only after I insisted that I didn't want to hike, but a boat ride, they had asked another operator at the pier, which I then could join for a boat ride to Drangarnir.
I can understand that they didn't had enough people for the trip I had booked. But I really don't understand why I was not informed about it in advance. Just sending me an email would have been so easy. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
