Disappointing experience.
Action 500的点评
点评：We did the Agent 500 escape room. Overall, it was very dark, very noisy with background effects making it difficult to hear what was being said on the intercoms. Also the first room was very small and so was the "elevator". I think there should have been some information given on the website to advise people of dark cramped spaces. As well, with seniors were in our group, it was difficult for them to be expected to crawl on the floor under the laser light area and then crawl through a tight small doorway to get to the next area.
Overall we found the puzzles too difficult and lacking any helpful clues.
I did not find the staff at the counter very helpful. It seemed that it was a bother to them to try to help us with information. I felt that we were being dismissed and not given much information about registering. If it is your first time there, it would good for staff to offer some help.
