点评:I was just setting out for a swim today, having only been able to go once this week, and lo and behold the pool is closed for yet another gala. Closed tomorrow too.
Although the facilities are good overall, members are very much low down the pecking order despite generating a good income for them.
On Tuesday there was a track event, attended by over 200 people (according to a staff member speaking to people queuing to get into the car park). Visitors should have been directed to the paid UEA car park but were allowed to fill the Sportspark car park completely and members were expected to pay in the UEA one.
Also, the Sportspark car park has been closed completely for members during the graduation ceremonies. Surely it would make more sense (and be fairer) if people attending the UEA ceremonies use the UEA car park and Sportspark members use the Sportspark car park. Why are members getting such a raw deal?
